Lian and Quar’zun – SWTOR Character Backstories

Some new character backstories are up on the website, but beware, these contain spoilers for my SWTOR fan-fiction series. Here is a preview for Lian and Quar’zun.

Discover the Jedi healer and warrior who became a Council member and master at a young age, and his father’s friend, a fellow Jedi Council master, who falls to the dark side.

Lian is a blue Twi’lek with many great healing abilities. He is also a powerful Jedi warrior who becomes a master and member of the Jedi Council very quickly. He is introduced in Story 3 of the fan-fiction series. His last name is a revelation on his family ties to another character who appears in Stories 1 and 2, Jedi Master Juun Kloh, also a healer.

Lian befriends the group of Jedi vying to protect the galaxy from the True Sith and discovers unique healing abilities which could help him contribute to healing the Force and saving the galaxy. In later stories, an injury results in his left lekku being cut in half. He also later falls in love with, and marries, Nriwe, a Mandalorian green Twi’lek, who is depicted by my in-game character Isabella. (Continues.)

Quar’zun is a Jedi master and Jedi Council member. He is a powerful warrior, also a Jedi Guardian. He was close friends with Juun Kloh. He was a mentor for Brenum, Trylia, Shadie and Fane, and trained Josur (depicted by Desmond) for a time on certain missions.

Quar’zun was always very curious about the dark side, wanting to understand it better. His Story version is introduced in Story 4, and appears briefly here and there. In Story 10, he begins to show signs of spiraling towards the dark side, though it is very subtle… (Continues.)

Wapita, Vax and Mildred – SWTOR Character Backstories

Some new character backstories are up on the website, but beware, these contain spoilers for my SWTOR fan-fiction series. Here is a preview for Wapita, Vax, and Mildred.

Meet a rival Mandalorian who has a thing for the Rattataki Imperial Agent, and the Mandalorian who became a Smuggler before earning his title as clan leader among the Mandalorian Blockade.

Wapita is a Mandalorian from Clan Dargoza who later becomes the clan’s leader. He is human and is introduced early on in the seires. His clan is the rival clan of Clan Kandera. Clan Kandera is Talyc’s clan, who accepted Jedi into its clan. Wapita and Talyc are always at odds, trying to prove their clan the better one. However, the two later come to a truce of sorts and come to respect each other. It takes time to mend bridges, as all rivalries do, but the two eventually get there. After all, they are both Mandalorians and honour their people’s creed. (Continues.)

Vax is a Rattataki, introduced in Story 8 as a new Mandalorian recruit. He has history with Talyc, for they dated many years back before Vax disappeared on him without a trace. In reality, Vax is an Imperial Agent, Cypher Five, which the other characters in the story learn quickly. When Vax is on mission, he joins Clan Dargoza. It is clear that Vax and Wapita have a thing for each other, though it is not expressed until much later in the series. (Continues.)

Mildred is another human Mandalorian, who left Mandalore as a teenager to rebel against his parents’ expectations of him. He joined a group of smugglers and quickly moved up ranks, eventually becoming their captain. But he longed to be back with his people, unable to remove the Mandalorian that lived within him. He had always wanted to be a clan leader, but did not wish to go back to the clan he had once been a part of. (Continues.)

Ballorn and Maranna – SWTOR Character Backstories

Some new character backstories are up on the website, but beware, these contain spoilers for my SWTOR fan-fiction series. Here is a preview for Ballorn and Maranna.

Discover the two leaders of a faction who are vying to be the sole leader, who despise each other but are enduring each other out of necessity, and their ties to other characters.

Ballorn was trained in various forms of lightsaber techniques, thus he knows how to wield two blades, a staff, one lightsaber, or even two staves.

Ballorn is introduced in later instalments. He looks like his brother and is his enemy. He becomes the leader of the True Sith faction, titled High Lord Ballorn. Even if he wields the dark side, since physically he is the mirror image of his older brother, his in-game class and specialisation are also the mirror image of his brother’s. For a long time they never met, because Brenum never knew Ballorn existed. Ballorn hid himself well and at the appropriate time, revealed himself. (Continues.)

Maranna is Ballorn’s ally, or she should be. She is the self-proclaimed leader of the True Sith in essence, which Ballorn allowed due to a Force defect she has which makes her an extremely powerful and dangerous being in my SWTOR fan-fiction story. She too was created specifically to depict her story character.

In-game Maranna is a marauder, wielding two lightsabers. Story Maranna wields a lightsaber and a lightwhip. The lightwhip she got from Relsor; it originally belonged to Darth Gourd, the founder of the True Sith faction, Relsor’s uncle. Maranna is human, and was introduced in Story 9 of the fanfic series. She was Relsor’s lover.

So how are there two leaders of the True Sith who endure each other? (Continues.)

Chapter Eleven & Epilogue – Healers of the Force (Star Wars SWTOR Fan-Fiction)

Shadie focused her energy in looking as Sith-like as she could. She had fooled Kromus once before, Knarf had fooled Relsor and Darth Gourd. She could convince Relsor she was Darth Shadie for more than mere minutes. After all, she had once been Sith.
Relsor and Perce entered the room and motioned the hallway.
‘Come with us, Shadie,’ said Relsor.
This was it, Shadie would find out why Relsor wanted her to summon Kromus, she’d learn another cryptic secret, and she would leave this place. The Force was in motion, and she could feel it.
Shadie clipped her lightsaber to her belt. She took a quick look around the room, making sure she had everything she needed: comlinks, datapad, anything she had come here with. It was all secure on her person. She stood tall and followed the two True Sith lords out.        Shadie was escorted to the command chamber that also served as a viewscreen room. A number of True Sith and Sith stood nearby. She recognised a few of them by now: one who wore a hood and mask, another with many face tattoos, another who looked more Jedi than Sith-like. Shadie noticed that Jassahmi was not present.
Trylia stood close to the centre of the room, waiting. She clocked her eyes towards Shadie and nodded.
            ‘What is this?’ asked Shadie.
‘It is time for the grand debate and for me to prove myself to Trylia,’ said Relsor. ‘She will obviously choose me over that pathetic Jedi friend of yours, but I decided to humour her and to allow him to speak his case.’
‘This is not what you need me for,’ said Shadie. ‘I demand that you show me so I can make good use of my powers.’
‘Patience, Darth Shadie,’ said Perce. ‘We simply need the others to arrive first.’
The Sith Awgro, whom Shadie had let live, arrived with Brenum, who had both his lightsabers clipped to his belt. He looked wary.
‘We only await one more.’ Relsor motioned the doorway, from where Knarf arrived. Knarf walked cautiously into the room. He wore his beskar armour; his helmet was clipped to his belt, as was his lightsaber. ‘I am glad you are here, Knarf.’
‘I admit, I was unsure why I was all of a sudden out of your trap and allowed to leave my cell.’
‘I was hoping you would sense my request,’ said Relsor.
‘I am here now. I took the liberty to don my armour on.’ Knarf looked at Brenum. ‘Should things get out of hand again, I will be prepared to fight properly this time.’
‘So will I,’ replied Brenum. His voice was threatening, though Shadie knew to whom his threat was actually directed, even though Brenum was looking directly at Knarf as he spoke.
Perce chuckled. ‘Settle down now and remain calm.’
‘Oh, I am very calm, Perce.’ There was menace in Knarf’s voice.
Perce took a seat at his usual spot, next to the command chair and motioned Relsor forward.
