Training – SWTOR Stand-Alone Fan-Fiction Short Story

I wrote a stand-alone fanfic scene taking place in the SWTOR universe, between three existing characters. It is an explicit scene. The excerpt is however safe for work.

Theron and Koth taunt each other while training and things quickly heat up
before they are interrupted by Lana, whom they entice to join them.

Theron entered the training room. Koth was already working out. He wore training gear, except his shirt was on the floor in a corner.
‘Didn’t realise you’d be up this early,’ said Theron.
‘You didn’t expect to have the whole room to yourself, did you?’
‘At this hour? One could hope for some peace and quiet,’ replied Theron.
‘Too bad for you,’ said Koth, lifting a set of weights, his muscles bulging. ‘You’re not the only one who enjoys some alone workout time.’
‘Yeah, well, at least I don’t need the training,’ said Theron.
‘Ho-ho! Then why are you even here?’ Behind the weights he was lifting, Koth cocked a brow, giving Theron a sardonic look.
‘I like to stay one step ahead of my enemies,’ said Theron, jabbing at a punching bag. ‘Make sure someone like you doesn’t get better than me.’
‘And you think you’re better than me, Mister Slicer?’
‘Spy and slicer,’ Theron corrected. ‘And yes, I’m pretty agile in a fight.’
‘I’m the gunman of us two,’ said Koth, barely straining to lift the heavyweights. ‘I don’t waste my time slicing consoles all day. I stay in the fray of battle.’
‘Oh yeah? You really think you’ve got the skills?’ Theron walked towards Koth. ‘Let’s see it then.’
‘You’re on!’ Koth placed the weights back down and clapped his hands as he stood.
Koth and Theron took low stances, calculating and evaluating each other. Theron feigned to one side, and Koth came at him. Theron side-stepped as Koth rammed past him. Theron chuckled.
‘Told you I was nimble,’ said Theron. ‘You’re too used to being a ranged fighter. What happens when your enemies get too close for comfort? I think you lack the skills I possess.’ Theron chuckled again.
His laugh was cut short when Koth grabbed him from the side, spinning him around, locking his arms, and bringing him down to his knees.
‘You mean this close?’ asked Koth, pressing his cheek against Theron’s head.
His breath on Theron’s neck was hot and sent a warm shiver down Theron’s back.
‘That’s right, your crew was telling me you like to breathe down people’s necks,’ said Theron.
‘Only yours,’ replied Koth. Theron let out a laugh. ‘What’s wrong? Eating your words from earlier?’
        ‘You wish.’
Theron pulled Koth down, barrel rolling. Koth slid across the floor as Theron shot back up, laughing. He wiped sweat from his forehead and removed his shirt.
‘Things heating up too fast for you, Theron?’ Koth stood back up.
‘Not in the slightest,’ replied Theron.
‘I already pinned you down once, Theron. Wouldn’t want to embarrass you.’
‘You’ll only embarrass yourself,’ replied Theron, coming at Koth. The two grabbed each other’s arms and locked in their holds, pushing against the other.
Koth bent low and reached for Theron’s underarm, lifting him slightly off the ground and turning him around, locking his arm as he stood behind him.
‘You only know that one move or…?’ laughed Theron, making sure his feet remained firmly on the mat.
‘You keep falling for it,’ said Koth. ‘Looks like I get another point.’
‘You keep forgetting,’ began Theron. He twisted, pulling on Koth, and flipped Koth onto the mat on the ground. Koth fell onto his back with a thump and a groan. Theron loomed over him. ‘I always get myself out of it.’ He grinned.
Koth spun and kicked Theron behind the calves. Theron’s legs gave way, and he fell to his hands and knees.
‘Ooh, I love seeing you on your knees, Theron.’
‘Relish while you can, Koth, ‘cause I’m not staying in this position for long.’
Theron grabbed Koth’s leg, pulling the Zakkulan towards him. Koth rolled, grabbing Theron’s waist, and ended up on top of Theron.
‘Looks like the victory’s mine,’ said Koth, grinning.
        ‘Not so fast, Vortena!’

Lucid Dreaming – Dragon Age Solas Fan-Fiction Smut

Yet another Dragon Age Fan-Fiction short story that I wrote as a reward during the Dragon Age Day fundraiser, this one for Vampy, a scene between her Vianna and Solas.

As usual, the excerpt is SFW, and the content is password protected since it is explicit.

Vianna explores an area of the Fade marked by Solas’s fantasies
before living out one such fantasy.

Vianna walked to the balcony of her Skyhold bedroom and placed her only hand on the railing. Her nightgown swayed in the wind as she looked to the distant mountain peaks of the Frostbacks, scanning the area with her eyes. She was searching, but she knew she would not find what she was looking for by merely gazing at the horizon.
Dusk was darkening. Vianna bowed her head, an overwhelming longing overcoming her; it was the same every night. A tear ran down her cheek and onto her flowing white hair.
Sighing, she turned and walked to her bed. She lay down and shut her eyes, trying to think of something else, someone else, than Solas.
Within moments, she found herself wandering a forest that resembled the crossroads. Fog rose high above her head; elven artefacts lay scattered across the ground where smoke rolled over her feet.
This type of dream was what it was like every night. Vianna would fall asleep and enter a place in the Fade where she knew Solas had been. She could vaguely feel his thoughts, his emotions. Each night it was a different location in the Fade or, at least, one that never looked the same. Every night, she explored and searched for signs of Solas, finding nothing but more endless vastness to walk through. However, this time it felt different, and there was more to the place than met the eye; she could feel it to her core.
Vianna walked past some trees and came to a clearing that resembled a hallway that continued far into the distance, and all along the sides were Eluvians.
The Eluvians in this place were tagged with paintings at the back that overlapped to the front, and as far as she could tell, all of them included depictions of her. As she walked to the back of the Eluvians to observe the paintings, she saw that some were limned with memories: Vianna and Solas saving his spirit friend from the Tevinter mages, Vianna and Solas sharing their first kiss in the Fade, Solas holding Vianna as he took the anchor from her hand when he saved her life.
All these memories gave Vianna a sense of longing but also contentment, knowing how much Solas cherished these moments he’d spent with her.
Vianna continued to walk from Eluvian to Eluvian, observing the colourful paintings at the back of each one. There was a progression. Many showed scenery of places Vianna had never seen before, but in each of these depictions stood Solas and Vianna. He was holding her hand, and his other hand was frozen in a gesture of beholding. Vianna took these to be places Solas would have liked to show her, either through his memories in the Fade or in person.
They were beautiful places by the looks of them, vibrant greens and lush flowers in all of them. Vianna wondered if any were of Arlathan Forest before the fall of Elvhenan. Curious, she continued walking behind Eluvians to observe all they had to show her.
Vianna noticed different paintings on the backs of more Eluvians a little ways further. These illustrated Solas and Vianna in action, doing things together, as though they were memories, but Vianna had no recollection of any of this occurring.
Vianna wandered to another set of Euvians clustered together. She passed her hand over one of the paintings where Solas held her, where they were both naked. In the depiction, her head was lolled back, and her long hair gusted in the wind. Solas’s hands were on her hips, his mouth on her breast, and his erection halfway inside of her.
It almost felt real. And Vianna felt momentarily aroused by the sight of them making love. Such intimacy she had never known with Solas, an intimacy she had wanted and craved, an intimacy she desired still.
Vianna walked to another Eluvian where Solas had painted them sitting together, holding each other, eating grapes. Many of them showed Solas holding Vianna in various settings, and as Vianna walked past Eluvians, more and more portrayed them naked together doing various acts of lovemaking. And with each one, Vianna felt more and more a physical need for Solas to hold her, touch her, and make love to her.
It occurred to Vianna that these were wishes, fantasies, perhaps a future they could have had together.
        ‘Vhenan.’
Vianna turned around. Solas’s voice was distant, airy, and echoed through the crossroads where she stood.
‘Vianna, ma vhenan,’ his voice rang out again.
Vianna followed the sound of Solas’s voice. She knew there was a slim chance of finding him, but she would never give up on him, never give up hope.
Vianna came to a place where many Eluvians shimmered.
        ‘Vhenan.’
This time Solas’s voice was louder, clearer. One Eluvian scintillated more brightly.
Vianna noticed something particular about this one. It appeared that a painting had been drawn onto the mirror itself, as opposed to on the back as for all the others. Vianna approached the coruscating mirror and saw a large black wolf flicker onto the Eluvian’s surface. The wolf had red eyes, and before it, a flow of Vianna’s white hair and her hand reaching out to it.
Reflexively, Vianna touched the wolf painted on the Eluvian, and it flashed for a moment before the black wolf began to change. Its shape moulded into a smaller sized wolf, its softer eyes glistening of a blue-green as if from the Fade, and its fur a pure white sparkling like snow, matching Vianna’s hair.
‘Vhenan,’ Vianna heard Solas again, closer this time and more desperate.
Vianna walked through that Eluvian and suddenly felt like she was falling, falling endlessly, and suddenly she landed on her bed in her room at Skyhold.
‘Vhenan,’ Solas whispered, breathing into her neck.

Does This Please You? Fan-fiction Dragon Age story

I have written another Dragon Age fan-fiction explicit short story. This one was written as a gift for the Dragon Age Day fundraiser as one of the rewards offered to contributors of the charity campaign. This one was written for Gynedroid.

Note, this excerpt will remain PG, and will link to the warning page before you proceed to the actual story.

Nathaniel Howe realises just how much he loves Elsa Cousland,
and commits to pleasing her for the rest of his life.

Nathaniel looked back at the cave’s opening through which Elsa had disappeared, his heart sinking, as he nocked another arrow on his bow. He let the arrow loose right into the forehead of the darkspawn barrelling towards him.
‘Right between the eyes, hehe,’ laughed Oghren.
        ‘On your left!’ cried Anders.
Nathaniel turned and sent another volley of arrows, while the apostate sent a burst of flames towards the approaching ogre.
The three took several steps back, moving further away from the mouth of the cave.
‘I don’t like this!’ Nathaniel hissed.
‘None of us like darkspawn, pretty boy,’ said Oghren.
‘Elsa hasn’t returned since entering that cave!’
‘She’s probably just finishing off all the darkspawn we’re failing to kill,’ said Anders, readying another spell, his hands lifting high into the air.
‘But the darkspawn are coming from the cave!’ argued Nathaniel, giving another killing blow to a hurlock.
‘Is your heart yearning?’ Oghren looked at Nathaniel in a mock pout while hacking his axe at the ogre. Surprisingly, he didn’t miss his shot.
Nathaniel ignored the dwarf and stabbed a genlock with the arrow he was about to nock. He dodged an incoming attack, sliding beneath the ogre and coming up on the other side. Turning, he lifted his bow to aim when Anders’s magic flared in a wild arc, and the ogre and surrounding darkspawn went down in one blow.
‘And that’s why you don’t keep a mage chained,’ Anders said, a smug expression on his face.
The calm of the still air descended on the group. Nathaniel looked back towards the cave.
‘It’s been too long,’ he said. He started towards the cave.
Anders took hold of his arm, stopping him. ‘We don’t know what’s down there.’
The cave was quiet, which meant that wherever Elsa had been pushed to was much farther than Nathaniel could bear.
‘I don’t care; I’m going after her.’ Nathaniel shoved Anders off him. He was going to find Elsa, no matter what it took. ‘And I’ll go in there alone if I have to.’ His heart ached, not only from being away from her, but also from the fear that she might be injured or worse.
Nathaniel took a few cautious steps into the cave, his bow ready, eyes darting around to be sure no darkspawn would jump out at him.
‘Oh, sodding heck!’ Oghren shouted. ‘Drinks are on you after this.’
Nathaniel couldn’t help but smile mildly as he heard his friend barrelling down the path to catch up to him.
‘I better not regret this!’ Anders said, appearing behind them. ‘If Ser Pounce-A-Lot misses dinner for this…’ Anders didn’t complete his threat.
Taking a long steadying breath, Nathaniel slowly craned his neck towards Anders, glaring at him. ‘Your cat,’ he said with deliberate pauses, ‘can wait.’
He stared at Anders for a brief moment before turning back towards the path and continuing.
‘Man can’t take a joke,’ he heard Anders mutter.
Nathaniel focused to hear any sound of Elsa, hurrying further and further down a large winding path. Around a bend, the path divided into three separate passages.
Nathaniel listened. His stomach tightened as he heard the clang of weapons. ‘This way.’
His will quickened his pace to a run, and he didn’t care if his boots echoed on the cavern floor. He needed to reach Elsa; he needed her alive.

Lost In Each Other – Mass Effect Fan-Fiction Fluff and Smut

I just published online a fan-fiction short story I wrote for someone back in April. It was a gift for a Twitter giveaway I did with a commissioned written one-shot. The winner was Nella, who chose the characters Thane Krios and her Commander Shepard, Nella Shepard, for the scene, taking place in the Mass Effect video game franchise universe.

Here is a short excerpt from it. The full scene is up on the site and on AO3 if you wish to give Kudos (link below). Please be advised that it is an explicit scene, reader discretion is advised.

Nella Shepard visits Thane at Huerta Memorial Hospital on the Citadel,
and he leads her to a quiet place he found where they get lost in each other.

Nella entered the Citadel’s medical ward lounge, clad in her formal attire, and as always, she was still the most beautiful being to Thane. He smiled, standing. He reached out for her hand as soon as she was close enough and pulled her into his arms. Nella let out a soft amused laugh.
Leaning the side of his head to hers, holding their embrace, Thane spoke softly.
‘She entered my room after spending a day planetside gathering intel for the Illusive Man. Her footsteps were heavy, she seemed exhausted and drained, her shoulders were hunched, her eyes downcast, yet upon her face, fire and determination raged.’ Thane blinked and felt Nella’s lips curl into a smile.
‘I remember that day,’ she said, her voice tender with fondness.
‘Her hair was dishevelled from wearing her helmet all day; she tried to pat it down with her hands. I took her hands in mine, and brought them to my lips.’ Thane took a step back, mimicking the gesture, taking Nella’s hands in his, and brushed a gentle kiss over her knuckles. Nella’s smile went from ear to ear.
Thane blinked again, continuing, holding her hands to his lips. ‘I brought her in for a kiss, she hesitated, but I insisted. As I held her tightly, I breathed in her scent. The natural smell of the woman I loved and craved, invigorating my senses, a tightening in my stomach of a desire only she awoke in me.’
Nella blushed, looking around shyly. Thane stepped forward again, leaning his forehead on Nella’s. He whispered. ‘“Your smell is lovely,” I said to her.’ Thane smirked playfully, as Nella giggled. He let out a soft chuckle. ‘She replied to me, “I forgot to put on my deodorant.” I laughed, not at her predicament, but that she believed this would bother me.’
Thane looked into Nella’s eyes, feeling the longing in his heart. ‘And I said to her, “You should forget to put on your deodorant more often.”’
Thane smiled, bringing Nella’s hands back to his lips, kissing fervently along her knuckles, and then bringing her hands to his face. ‘These are the memories that help me when I feel the fear of leaving you when I inevitably-’ His voice cracked. He stopped, closing his eyes.
‘Thane,’ Nella whispered. She wiped a tear from his face.
Thane opened his eyes again, feeling that deep desire he’d always felt for her. ‘I want to show you a quiet place I found. It has a nice view I’m sure you’ll appreciate.’
        Nella smiled. ‘Lead the way.’
Thane took Nella’s hand and led her through the ward and to a small shuttle. It took them to the topmost balconies of the Presidium. Thane led her to a windowed room, from where the monuments and fountains could be seen.
The Citadel was immense, and from this high up, the view offered a clear panorama of the long series of fountains, trees, levels and bridges that made up the Citadel and the Presidium.
Walking slowly to the window’s edge, Nella took a deep breath.
‘It is a beautiful view,’ she said. She laced her fingers with Thane’s, her fingers wrapping around his two fused fingers with practice, as though human and Drell hands had always been meant to twine together.
‘There is something calming about the view, it brings peace to my heart,’ said Thane.
They stood looking out the window for a while longer.
Thane gently squeezed Nella’s hand before letting go. He walked to a wall panel and hit one of the controls. The windows dimmed. He turned to Nella. ‘We are in complete privacy.’ His hands behind his back, he slowly walked back to her. ‘While I still can, I would like…’
Thane didn’t finish his sentence, but Nella knew what he was asking. Since Drell skin could induce hallucinations, Nella often took the appropriate remedy to counter its effects, though when lightly intoxicated, it only enhanced her senses.
His deep eyes were set on hers, his lips earnest with hunger, and his green cheeks were flushed with desire. Nella felt her entire body tingle.
        ‘You can,’ she said.
