The Emotional Scale

The Emotional Scale comes from the book “Ask and It Is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks, and has been a great tool for understanding emotions, emotional flashbacks, and has been a great help in my healing journey. I explain the basics of how it can help you as well, with a few references from the book, as well as my own additional notes and personalisation to it.

HTH Capsule 14
