Richard Grannon The Spartan Life Coach is a YouTuber and Life Coach who discusses healing from trauma and abuse, who has had clients and he has created courses to help people heal. These courses include NLP, Emotional Literacy, emotional management, exercises and ways to not only heal, but to deal with the trauma and address what needs addressing in order to be able to heal. I have begun trying out these courses. My personal goal is to heal, and to combine these with the EFT Tapping that has been helping me a great deal. I will also give an assessment for each course so you may know if it is truly worth it. Hint: I am getting a lot out of these courses.
