Emotional Literacy & EFT Tapping Therapy Combined
After doing Emotional Literacy exercises for 30 days, which are established by Richard Grannon in order to help understand and stop emotional flashbacks for CPTSD, I began combining these exercises with EFT Tapping Therapy.
