Solas Was Denied His Original Purpose (Dragon Age 4 Theories)

I believe Solas was denied his original purpose and is more like a demon now. There is reasonable doubt that since Solas once existed in a world entwined with the Fade, he and the other Evanuris are similar to Spirits. A demon is a spirit whose original purpose has been denied. I believe that there are a number of events that may have caused Solas to act opposite his true purpose.

The Dragon Age Part 4 Narrative Chronology (Dragon Age Lore)

The Inquisition is revived following the death of Divine Justinia V at the Conclave at the Temple of Sacred Ashes. A massive explosion that causes the death of many more, opens up a breach in the Veil. The Inquisition learns of several plots organised by Corypheus and works to thwart his plans. A discovery is made in the Deep Roads regarding lyrium. A Qunari plot is uncovered at the Winter Palace during the Exalted Council that was taking place in order to decide the fate of the Inquisition, and Solas reveals his plans to tear down the Veil.
