Tiniest Cave Guy Knew Fen’Harel (Dragon Age 4 Theories)

Based on the dialogue said by the Tiniest Cave Guy in Dragon Age Inquisition, I believe that he knew about Fen'Harel, if not knowing him personally. I also believe that he knows of Solas's plans to tear down the Veil and that he is prepping for unavoidable events that will or may occur in Dragon Age 4.
