Of all the Free Marches locations we may visit in Dragon Age 4, I believe it is almost guaranteed we will be visiting Starkhaven. It is the subject of concept art, appears in Tevinter Nights, among other stories and comics in the Dragon Age realm, and it is the largest and most powerful of all the Marcher City-States. It is also ruled by the Vael family, and we may see Sebastian Vael in the next game as well.
