Actor Adam Driver, most famously known for his role as Kylo Ren in the recent Star Wars trilogy, recently walked out of an interview. The reason is quite simple: His boundaries were not respected. This is an important reminder to the rest of us that we also are allowed to give ourselves permission to respect our boundaries even when, and especially when, others are not respecting them. Despite anxiety, despite CPTSD, we too can walk away from any person or conversation that does not respect us or our boundaries.
