When healing from and coping with Burnout, it is difficult to find the energy to exercise to help our bodies stay healthy. This is because we are completed exhausted, burnt out and have little to no energy left in our reserves. I have experimented with quick and simple strength building exercises to help build muscle mass, gain strength in certain areas of my body and build overall energy. The results are quite beneficial. I’m hoping my tips might help you gain strength and energy as well.
