Fen’Harel’s Secret Greeting Meaning & Translation (Dragon Age Theories & Lore)

In Dragon Age Inquisition, we hear the Inquisitor speak Fen’Harel’s Secret Greeting to the elves guarding the elven ruins in Trespasser (if we drank from the Well of Sorrows). Studying the elven language, I decipher and decode (in other words translate) this Secret Greeting and speculate what I believe it truly means and how I believe it impacts what is yet to come in Dragon Age 4.
