EU Law – Article 13! What you can do now!

I don’t know how Article 13 of the new EU Law is going to affect Fair Use and Gaming channels, so I just wanted to voice some thoughts about the situation with a solution if ever you find yourself unable to watch my content (if you live in the EU). I also wanted to hear your thoughts on the matter as well.
