Anders Is Still Alive If Hawke Killed Him

I dive into my reasoning behind my theory that Anders is still alive even if he was killed by Hawke at the end of Dragon Age 2. I also explain why I believe we may meet him again in Dragon Age 4. A lot of this has to do with Justice/Vengence.
