Why I’m Deleting Music From the Abuse Relationship

When I was with the man who abused me, there was music I listened to only because I was with him or because he listened to it. Today this music is just sitting there and not serving me, as I never listen to it, and if I were to listen to it, it would only trigger me into emotional flashbacks. I explain more about this as I go through the process of finally deleting that specific music.
